Easter Peeps Pops

We love Peeps around my house. And being able to take them and transform them into fun treats and desserts is a happy bonus. These Easter Peeps Pops are easy to make and absolutely delicious.

My grandsons just love special Easter treats like these and if they can help me prepare them, all the better. They need supervision especially with the melted chocolate but they can easily help with embellishing these fun bunny treats.

Another plus for these cute little chocolate dipped peeps pops? They look adorable on display so they can serve as Easter decorations as well as snacks or desserts. Place them in cellophane bags, tied with a piece of ribbon, and you can give them out as Easter favors.

Cook: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 package Peeps chocolate pudding edition
10 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers
3 tablespoons Easter sprinkles

Instructions:

Melt chocolate as directed on package. I usually microwave it for 2 minutes on defrost mode then stir and repeat in one minute intervals until melted.

Use a lollipop stick in the bottom of the peep and dip into the chocolate. Set on parchment paper to dry.

Use remaining chocolate and pour into a pipe bag. Snip off the end and drizzle over the chocolate covered peeps. Immediately add sprinkles. Let dry and serve!
