Infused Water Ideas

Everyone knows that to live a healthy lifestyle, we need to drink water, but if you’re like us, you might have a hard time getting enough of it. That’s why we’re sharing these infused water ideas with you.

Staying well hydrated, especially in the hot summer months, is so important. But we like to have that extra little boost of flavor sometimes. So, we have come up with 4 different flavor profiles that give us that punch of taste that we love.

Infused Water – 4 Different Flavors – Delicious Hydration

Did you know? – The much proclaimed idea that everyone needs a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day is not entirely true. First of all, this doesn’t take into account the water that you get from consuming other foods and beverages. And secondly, not everyone needs that much and some people need more. Health, exercise levels, hot weather/dry weather, and other factors can affect how much you truly need. Harvard Health states that most people need 4-6 glasses of water each day and go into more detail about how to tell if you’re getting enough or not.

Orange Rosemary

Ingredients:

½ orange, sliced
1 rosemary sprig
2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

Strawberry Mint

Ingredients:

½ cup strawberries, halved
2 mint sprigs
2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

Lemon Blueberry

Ingredients:

½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ lemon, sliced
2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

Lemon Cucumber

Ingredients:

½ cucumber, sliced
½ lemon, sliced
2 cups water

Add all ingredients to a tall glass and let infuse for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!
