Peppermint Candy Oreos

Looking for an easy holiday treat that looks impressive but takes just minutes? These Peppermint Candy Oreos are perfect for Christmas cookie trays, class parties, dessert boards, or a cozy movie night treat.

You only need three ingredients, and there’s no baking involved — just dip, sprinkle, and let them set. They’re sweet, crunchy, and full of peppermint holiday cheer.

Peppermint Candy Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 1 cup white chocolate (melting wafers or chips work well)
  • 25 peppermint candies, crushed

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Dip each Oreo halfway into the melted white chocolate and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy over the dipped portion of the cookie.

Allow the cookies to cool and the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 1 hour.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes & Variations

  • Swap the white chocolate for milk or dark chocolate if you prefer.
  • Try crushed candy canes instead of round peppermint candies.

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • Do not refrigerate — this can cause the peppermint to get sticky and the chocolate to bloom.
