Patriotic Charcuterie Board

You will need a 1 inch star cookie cutter to cut the cheese and small white bowls to contain some of the items.

You can line your board with parchment paper to help protect it.

The board used here is approximately 16×12 inches

Ingredients:

  • Pepper Jack cheese block
  • Salami
  • Pepperoni
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Yogurt covered pretzels
  • Red white and blue candy coins
  • Red, white and blue gumballs
  • Red, white and blue suckers

Directions:

Cut the cheese into pieces that are just larger than the star cookie cutter.

Then slice the cheese into 4 slices. Use the cookie cutter to cut stars out of the cheese.

Roll the salami into a thin cone shape.

Add the blackberries, raspberries, and gumballs to small white bowls.

Arrange the bowls onto the board first.

Arrange the salami next, as it will take up some space.

Then arrange the other ingredients, trying to alternate with the colors.

Add the candy coins next, filling in any empty spaces.
