If you’re looking for a dessert idea or a treat to give as a Valentine gift, this Valentine’s Day Strawberry Fudge is perfect. A simple 3 ingredient fudge (not including the optional sprinkles), this recipe is so easy to make and the results are delicious!
This shortcut method for making fudge can be adapted for other occasions as well. Simply substitute a different flavor of frosting and different sprinkles. Or add chopped nuts instead of sprinkles. This can easily become your go-to fudge recipe.

Storage: store in an airtight container
You will need the following items to make this recipe:
Double boiler (or heat safe bowl and medium saucepan), rubber spatula, parchment paper, 8×8 inch baking pan
Ingredients:
- 16 oz container strawberry frosting
- 11 oz white chocolate chips
- Ā¾ cup freeze dried strawberries
- 1-2 tbsp sprinkles
Directions:
Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a double boiler, melt the frosting and white chocolate over low heat.
Stir in the freeze dried strawberries.
Pour into the prepared pan, and spread to the edges.
Top with sprinkles.
Cover, and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from pan and cut into squares.
