Cookie Monster Candy Bark
Serves: 6 to 8

Cook: 4 Minutes
Inactive Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
12 oz bag blue candy melts
7 mini Oreos
12 mini Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
14 candy eye sprinkles
Instructions:
Heat candy melts in a microwave safe bowl at 50 percent power for 1:00 then heat in 30 second intervals stirring in between until melted. Each brand is different so always check the back of the bag.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the blue candy melts onto the parchment paper. Spread it out with a small spatula or the back of a spoon.
Place the candy eye sprinkles in pairs across the bark. Break the mini Oreos in half and place under the candy eye sprinkles as a mouth.
Place the mini Chips Ahoy cookies all along the bark. Let dry 30 minutes then break apart.
