Easy Overnight Chia Pudding
This is more of a method than a strict recipe, making it easy to customize for different tastes and dietary needs. Chia pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, making it a great make-ahead breakfast or snack option.

Ingredients

¾ cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, oat, or a blend – you can also use regular cow’s milk if you prefer)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Vanilla stevia drops or preferred sweetener, to taste
Optional toppings: fresh berries, mint, nuts, cinnamon, or other favorites
Directions

Add the chia seeds and milk to a small jar or bowl. Stir very well to combine, making sure the seeds are evenly distributed.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until thickened.

Before serving, stir again and add sweetener to taste. Top with desired toppings and enjoy.
