Ingredients

¾ cup plant-based milk (almond, coconut, oat, or a blend – you can also use regular cow’s milk if you prefer)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Vanilla stevia drops or preferred sweetener, to taste
Optional toppings: fresh berries, mint, nuts, cinnamon, or other favorites

Directions

Add the chia seeds and milk to a small jar or bowl. Stir very well to combine, making sure the seeds are evenly distributed.
