Penguin Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Tips: It’s best to use frozen bananas for this smoothie. To get the smoothie just the right texture, we added a little milk, but you can omit it if you prefer a thicker texture. Use regular cow’s milk instead of almond milk if you prefer. These smoothies are best made and served fresh.
Ingredients:

2 large bananas
2-3 tablespoons of thick peanut butter
3 tablespoons of milk or yogurt
½ tangerine
½ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons coconut shavings

Instructions

Peel the bananas and place them in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Cut the frozen bananas into chunks. Place the bananas, peanut butter, and milk in a blender.

Blend the smoothie until smooth. Add more milk as needed. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and smooth it out.

Sprinkle a layer of coconut shavings on top of the smoothie. Arrange blueberries around the edges to form a penguin silhouette.

Slice the tangerines into sections and decorate the beak and paws. Serve the smoothie immediately after making.
Variations
1. Add extra fiber. Soak chia or flax seeds in milk and whisk them with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Vary the flavor with spices like cinnamon, cardamom, or nutmeg.
3. Change up the flavor by replacing one banana with a peeled pear.
