Mom loves Halloween almost as much as I do, so it’s no wonder she created these adorable quilled Halloween black bat earrings.
I remember every year she dressed up to teach in some hilarious costume. (The costume was usually Medusa, because her students accused her of being able to turn them to stone with her “teacher look”).
Quilled Halloween Black Bat Earrings
And she always had a collection of Halloween-themed accessories to wear in the weeks leading up to the big day. Earrings and bangles and necklaces, oh my!
Since we love 15-minute crafts so much, from Pokémon Valentine’s Day Cards to Yarn-Wrapped Christmas Trees to Halloween Beadie Buddies, these black bat earrings are right in our wheelhouse.
Although she hasn’t had anywhere to wear an all-out costume in the last few years, that doesn’t stop her from showing her Halloween spirit.
Besides, she has those grandkids to entertain now. Dressing up in Halloween-themed clothes and accessories is always a fun way of celebrating with kids!
This fun DIY will take no time at all – less than 15 minutes, not including drying time! And at the end you’ll have these adorable bat earrings.
Don’t let the paper quilling intimidate you. I know it looks really detailed and like it would be a lot of work, but it’s so easy! Truly, if I can do it, anyone can.
