Strawberry Fudge Hearts

These Strawberry Fudge Hearts are so easy to make and absolutely scrumptious. They are perfect for weddings, anniversaries, engagement parties, and of course, Valentine’s Day.

Serve them at a party or pack them up in cellophane bags to give as gifts. They’re just as tasty as they are pretty. They’re definitely eye-catching and will bring a smile to the face of anyone you serve them to!

This recipe is so quick to make. Just a few minutes of prep and cooking and then 20 minutes to chill and set, and you are ready to go! You can substitute freeze-dried raspberries or other red berries if you prefer. Try cranberries for Christmas.

Makes: 50 mini hearts (depends on the mold size)
Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 1 Minute 30 Seconds
Chilling: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

3 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 oz freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions:

Mix white chocolate chips with three tablespoons of butter and one fourteen-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk.

Microwave in a glass bowl for 1 minute, then stir. Then, another 30 seconds and stir. Add in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and stir well.

Scoop with a small spoon into the heart molds. Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes until set.

Pop the fudge out of the molds. Place in a plastic bag in the fridge until ready to serve.
