Strawberry Fudge Hearts
This recipe is so quick to make. Just a few minutes of prep and cooking and then 20 minutes to chill and set, and you are ready to go! You can substitute freeze-dried raspberries or other red berries if you prefer. Try cranberries for Christmas.
Makes: 50 mini hearts (depends on the mold size)
Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 1 Minute 30 Seconds
Chilling: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
3 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 oz freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions:

Mix white chocolate chips with three tablespoons of butter and one fourteen-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk.

Microwave in a glass bowl for 1 minute, then stir. Then, another 30 seconds and stir. Add in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and stir well.

Scoop with a small spoon into the heart molds. Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes until set.

Pop the fudge out of the molds. Place in a plastic bag in the fridge until ready to serve.
