I’ve seen these bacon wrapped crackers around for a while and was intrigued, but it wasn’t until this year that I had the chance to actually try out this appetizer recipe. With only four ingredients, these are really easy to prepare.
Perfect for a holiday party or any other get-together, or even just a movie night at home, these little bites pack a punch of taste. Sweet with a little bit of spice, you won’t be able to stop at just one.
Bacon Wrapped Crackers Appetizer
You might want to make a double batch. These are out of this world delicious!

Cook time: 25 Minutes
Makes 16 servings
Ingredients
- 32 Club crackers
- 16 slices thin-cut bacon, sliced in half to make 32 pieces
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a large baking sheet by covering with aluminum foil and placing an oven-safe wire rack on top; set aside.
Wrap each piece of bacon around a cracker and place it on the wire rack on the cookie sheet.
Top each bacon wrapped cracker with ½ teaspoon of the brown sugar, then sprinkle with pepper.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
