I have to admit, I might not have thought of putting pumpkin and butterscotch together. However, these pumpkin butterscotch doughnuts prove what a great combination those flavours are!

Pumpkin Butterscotch Doughnuts
While we were lucky enough to be gifted a great doughnut pan off our wedding registry years ago, I love that this recipe also works as mini muffins.
Most of the ingredients are probably already in your pantry, too!
Don’t have any canned pumpkin? That’s alright – it’s super easy to make your own pumpkin puree! (And then stock your freezer with it in case you want to make this recipe – or another great pumpkin recipe, like our pumpkin spice polenta – again and again!)
